Consultations
 Health care providers can arrange for outpatient consultations by
faxing or phoning patient information to the office.

A staff member will call back to obtain additional information and arrange
an appointment. For most situations, x-ray and MRI must be completed within
six months prior, and patients should bring these items with them to the
initial appointment.
Please contact our office for any inpatient consultations and urgent cases. If there is an medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
 Speaking Engagements
Dr. Davis presented research at medical conferences, and has been a motivational speaker for medical staff, hospital staff and hospital administrative teams.
