How do I arrange for a refill of my medications?

Call your pharmacist and ask him or her to fax a refill request to our office. Refills are only made during regular office hours.

Will Dr. Davis refill my regular medications?

Dr. Davis will only refill the medications related to the surgical recovery period. For your safety and for proper continuity of care, your regular medications must be filled by your primary physician.

What about medication refills after hours?

Dr. Davis will not refill medications after hours. If you run out and cannot wait until regular hours, you must go to the local urgent care or emergency room for treatment. Please do not let yourself run out of medications that you know you need.

Are there any medications that Dr. Davis cannot prescribe?

Dr. Davis cannot prescribe controlled substances that require a triplicate prescription. You must get these medications from your primary physician or pain management specialist.
